MSc. Wine, Vine and Terroir Management. I have completed my wine education in France, Italy and Spain with an Erasmus Mundus Master. I love wine and have worked with the vineyard working the soil to the cellar harvesting and fermenting and in quality control in France and Italy. I come from a Wine Making Family in Mexico. I have travelled throughout most of the wine regions in France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Germany, Mexico, South Africa and USA. I am also a Food Passionate I hold a Bachelor in Food Engineering. I am fluent in French, Italian, English, Spanish and currently working on my Danish.
