Domaine Martelet de Cherisey
Domaine Martelet de Cherisey is a family owned vineyard founded in 1998 with a total of 7 ha. located in Blagny in the south of the Côte de Beaune in Burgundy. The vineyard has a south east exposition, it is over 60 years old rendering very low yield and highly concentrated grapes and the soil is very poor mainly composed of clay and limestone.
The Domaine practices sustainable viticulture respecting the soil and the vineyard. Their wine-making and cellaring processes are also sustainable.Their wines are recognized by their wonderful balance, perfect acidity and their outstanding minerality. They are highly recognized by Robert Parker.
