Chablis 2010 by Domaine Jean Pierre & Alexandre Ellevin from Chablis, Burgundy.
A lovely pale yellow with hints of white gold Chablis wine balanced and in harmony with a beautifully floral, discrete and fresh nose. It is light and delicate wine with a smooth mineral palate of subtle green apples, vivid citrus, firm acidity and a lively fruity finish. It is a great buy. The optimum serving temperature is 12°C. It goes well with fish, shellfish and poultry.
Macon Charnay 2011 by Domaine Larochette-Manciat from Mâconnais, Burgundy.
This Macon Charnay has a beautiful clear golden color and a lovely aromatic profile with hints of white flowers, citric fruits, green apple and toast. “Les Selections” has a refreshing and clean palate with tasty, bright and crisp fruit flavors. It is an easy to drink Chardonnay with a smooth texture and a mineral finish. The optimum serving temperature is 12°C. It goes well as an aperitif or with fish, seafood, goat cheese and poultry.
Pouilly-Fuissé Tradition 2011 by Domaine Larrochette-Manciat from Mâconnais, Burgundy.
It presents a beautiful pale golden color and a lovely aromatic profile conferring notes of white flowers, citric fruits, green apple, toast and a hint of spice. This Chardonnay has a very refreshing and clean palate full of ripe fruit flavors of citrus, peaches and honey and a mineral finish. It is a complex full bodied white wine with firm acidity, elegance and structure. The optimum serving temperature is 12°C. It goes very well with seafood especially with sushi.
