Pouilly-Fuissé Tradition 2011 by Larochette-Manciat from Burgundy, Mâconnais.

It presents a beautiful pale golden color and a lovely aromatic profile conferring notes of white flowers, citric fruits, green apple, toast and a hint of spice. This Chardonnay has a very refreshing and clean palate full of ripe fruit flavors of citrus, peaches and honey and a mineral finish. It is a complex full bodied white wine with firm acidity, elegance and structure. The optimum serving temperature is 12°C. It goes very well with seafood especially with sushi.

Hameau de Blagny 1. Cru 2006 by Domaine Martelet de Cherisy from Puligny Montrachet, Côte de Beaune

A lovely Puligny Montrachet 1er Cru with a golden color, a unique and elegant wine with an intriguing complexity. This Premier Cru has an elegant and complex aromatic profile of raisins, almonds, chestnuts aromas and hints of citrus, green apples, butter and honey. On the palate it is full of green apple and citrus flavors. It is a fresh Puligny Montrachet with firm acidity, strong minerality and lengthy finish. The optimum serving temperature is between 12 and 14°C. It goes well with goat cheese, lobster, white meat and fish.

A lovely Mercurey Blanc 1. Cru with a complex concentrated smooth palate full of fruit and citric flavors well balance and structured. With a very interesting aromatic profile that unravels to present white flowers and citric notes. It is a subtle and refreshingly elegant white wine. The optimum serving temperature is 12°C. It pairs nicely with fish, shellfish and white meat.
